I noticed that the newly released IE8 has a nice accessibility feature. Basically in the current URL the domain name is “painted” with another color making it very easy to spot.

I do like the manner in which you have presented this particular challenge plus it does offer me personally a lot of fodder for thought. Most of what you say is astonishingly precise and that makes me wonder the reason why I had not looked at this in this light previously. This article really did switch the light on for me as far as this subject matter goes. My best gains with dropping weight came when I completely changed my diet. I cut out nearly all sugars, breads, and pastas. Now I eat alot of natural foods such as chicken, lean sirloin, vegetables, eggs, and plenty of oatmeal. In addition I have started weight training to my exercise in addition to cardio. With these simple changes I have dropped 10% body fat in 1 year. You can do this!
